Sustainability in action

At Park Izmery, the community has come together to rebuild a wall that serves as a backdrop for soccer and for keeping the park safe. Feed My Starving Children, who put their first shipping container at our field for safe delivery of food in 2019, put in a second back up container. The cooperation and good will of working together with other nonprofits is beneficial for all. FMSC recently donated money to start building the sanitation block at the park and it is in progress. This will bring much needed facilities for the people using the park. In turn, more groups will pay to use the soccer field and the basketball court which brings in funds used to further develop the infrastructure.
